Agents registered with GetQuotez will receive customer information and compete with each other for their business across a variety of insurance policy types. Getquotez is a place for users to receive bids from Agents and for Agents to gather information about users insurance needs and offer competitive insurance policies.
6. WEB SITE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. The Web Site and Services include a combination of content created by us, or provide to us by a licensor, third party affiliates and users. All of the content, the Services, and other information either displayed on, transmitted through, available for download, or otherwise used in connection with this Web Site, including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, images, illustrations, animations, audio or video clips, html, source and object code, Services, data, or other technology, as well as its copyrightable selection and arrangement, logos, trademarks and service marks (collectively, the "Content") is owned or controlled by GetQuotez.
